PAYMENTS
Payment for your order is required prior to shipment. For your convenience and to expedite shipment of your order, we accept PayPal. You can use your PayPal Account or a credit card to complete your order.A business check or money order may be sent to cover the order, however, there might be a delay in shipment until money has posted in our bank account. Make Checks payable to TP Arrowsmith and mail to the address listed below.
RETURNS
We carefully package your order to protect it during shipment, however, occasionally damages will occur. TP Arrowsmith will replace any products that are damaged during shipment if notified within 30 days of the date the items were received. To return damaged goods, please contact us to request a return authorization. The customer is responsible for shipping fees associated with returns. Upon receipt of the damaged items, your replacement will be shipped.
PRIVACY
We respect the privacy of site visitors and do not share personal information with anyone except when required by law to do so.
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address.
